Delivery of items:
- We prefer to meet up as buyers will be able to see the item before money is transacted (cash on delivery).
- However, if the buyer prefers to have item mailed:
1. Buyer will have to pay mailing costs.
2. Buyer will have the option to purchase mailing insurance.
3. Seller (WE) bear no responsibility if the item is damaged or is lost in the mail.
Booking of items:
- Buyers intending to book the item for over 15-days is advised to pay a 30% deposit upfront.
Pre-orders:
- Buyers are advised to pay a 30% deposit upfront.
- Cost of pre-order bags will be as such:

» example: [USD198] x [1.53] x [1.07] x [1.10] = S$356.
» if we are able to get sufficient orders to bulk ship, we will rebate a portion of the shipping fee.

NOTE: We will bear the shipping insurance. If items do get lost, we will rebate the 30% deposit immediately.
We guarantee that all our COACH and Kate Spade are 100% genuine and bought from US, which is at much lower price than Singapore/Malaysia. All items come new with tag. Dust bag and gift boxes are subject to the COACH and Kate Spade shops from which we bought from. Although most of our items come with it, We will inform you in advance if a particular item you're interested in does not have a dust bag or box.
